Coaching Frameworks
Real change starts with understanding — not advice. Our frameworks are grounded in Self-Awareness Intelligence (SAI): the capacity to accurately understand your experiences, interpret them well, and act with intention.
- See your reality clearly
- Understand influences
- Build capability
- Sustain progress
How the Frameworks Work
Every MaxME coaching journey follows the same reflective progression.
Awareness
Understanding your current situation, internal patterns, and external constraints.
Interpretation
Making sense of why things feel stuck, unclear, or misaligned.
Choice
Identifying realistic, values-aligned options — without pressure or prescription.
Action
Taking intentional, strategic steps that fit your capacity and context.
Integration
Embedding learning into your life so progress is sustainable, not exhausting.
The Coaching Frameworks
Reflective tools used intentionally based on where you are in your journey.
DREAM
Orientation & Entry Framework
Helps you slow down, reflect, and understand what truly matters before rushing into action. Often the starting point within MaxME.
- Clarify direction
- Explore realistic options
- Identify internal/external influences
- Take grounded first steps
FOCUS
Direction & Strategic Clarity
Used when someone feels capable but scattered, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward intentionally.
- Identify strengths & transferable skills
- Narrow options without closing doors
- Build a clear personal narrative
- Move forward with confidence
MAGIC
Confidence, Motivation & Agency
Supports people who know what they want — but struggle to act consistently or assertively. A developmental framework, not a motivational push.
- Cultivate organic motivation
- Build assertiveness
- Ensure goal-aligned behaviour
- Confident communication
REST
Regulation, Recovery & Sustainability
Used when progress is being undermined by fatigue, pressure, or overload. Ensures development is humanly sustainable.
- Reflect on energy patterns
- Establish stabilising routines
- Regulate emotional load
- Sustain growth without burnout
E-SHANARRITY
Parenting & Early Development
Applies reflective principles to parenting and early development. Grounded in capability rather than prescriptive parenting rules.
- Responsibility & Respect
- Building resilience
- Emotional awareness
- Forming positive habits
How Frameworks Are Selected
Frameworks are not chosen randomly. Selection is based on your MaxME diagnostic insights, your current capacity, context, goals, constraints, and readiness for action.
Some people use one framework. Others move through several over time.
The aim is always the same: build your reflective capability — not dependency.
