Different goals. Different ways to work together. One clear place to start.
SCP works with organisations, communities, educators, professionals and individuals who want to help people develop, progress and contribute with greater clarity, capability and confidence. What partnership means depends on who you are and what you are trying to achieve.
Choose your route
Start with the description that sounds most like you.
Turn organisational purpose into meaningful action.
If you represent a business, employer, public body, funder, charity or other organisation, there are two distinct ways to work with SCP Ltd. The right route depends on what you want to achieve.
SCP Ltd provides the accountable organisational home for partnership and social-impact work.

Social Impact & CSR with SCP
Help create better opportunities for people and communities.
Choose this route when your organisation wants to make a practical contribution through corporate social responsibility, social value, youth development, employability, career development, education, community investment, work experience, sponsored programmes, research, evaluation, volunteering or professional contribution.
An SCP partnership may support an existing initiative, create a defined programme together, contribute opportunities or expertise, or test a new approach with a specific group or community.
We are interested in more than sponsorship. The strongest partnerships combine purpose, people, opportunity and measurable learning.
Strengthen how consequential decisions are made inside your organisation.
When your interest is primarily organisational rather than community-facing, RILayer is the dedicated environment for conversations about:
human judgement in AI-enabled environments;
decision governance and organisational readiness;
workforce transition and employer readiness;
escalation, accountability and controlled implementation;
evidence, validation, integration and licensing.
RILayer enquiries are handled separately so organisational governance conversations remain distinct from SCP's community, education and social-impact work.
You may represent an institution or organisation. You may also be an educator, careers professional, youth worker, mentor, coach, researcher or community practitioner working directly with people.
You understand your people and context. SCP brings pathways, frameworks, resources and reflective approaches that may help turn that understanding into structured development.
Host
Bring an SCP programme, pathway, activity or resource into your setting.
Collaborate
Work together on a defined education, employability, youth or community initiative.
Co-design
Shape an approach around the realities, needs and strengths of the people you serve.

Test a defined pathway or intervention within clear boundaries and agreed learning objectives.
Contribute
Bring professional expertise, practitioner insight, research, lived experience or local knowledge.
Learn
Build evidence together about what works, what needs to change and what could be strengthened or scaled.
What could we work on together?
Begin with the challenge or opportunity, not the name of a framework.
You do not need to know which SCP pathway or resource you need before speaking with us.
Youth Transition
Help young people become more visible, articulate their strengths and evidence, understand opportunities and move towards meaningful education, employment or training.
Career Development
Help people understand themselves, explore possibilities, build capability and communicate what they can offer.
Reflective Learning
Help learners develop stronger reflection, self-direction, sense-making and transferable capability.
Opportunity & Employer Engagement
Improve the quality, accessibility and readiness of opportunities available to young people.
HumanRI
Develop reflective human capability so that people can think, learn, discern and contribute more intentionally.
Community Development
Combine local insight, participation, capability-building, opportunity and evidence to support sustainable progress.
You bring the context. We explore together whether SCP can add something useful.
If you are visiting SCP for your own learning, development or reflection, you do not need to complete a partnership enquiry. Your starting point is the SASSY Community.
The SASSY Community is for people who want to continue learning about themselves, develop their capabilities, reflect on experience and contribute more intentionally to the world around them.

Not sure where you belong?
Start with what you are trying to achieve.
Choose the closest route. You do not need a perfect label before making contact.
“Our organisation wants to create social or community impact.”
Begins with a real purpose, not a finished proposal.
Who are you, and who do you want to support?
What are you trying to achieve, and why does it matter?
What could your organisation, institution or practice contribute?
What might meaningful progress look like?
Safe and responsible contact
Tell us enough to understand the context — not everything you know.
Do not send confidential organisational information.
Do not submit identifiable personal or case information.
Do not include medical information, passwords, payment details or restricted data.
An enquiry does not create a partnership, approve a pilot or authorise SCP intellectual property.
What happens after you contact us?
We define fit, boundaries and the first responsible step.
1
Understand
We make sure we understand what you are trying to achieve and who the work is intended to benefit.
2
Check the fit
We consider whether SCP is the right partner and which part of the ecosystem, if any, is appropriate.
3
Define the first step
Where there is a genuine fit, we identify a realistic starting point rather than an unnecessarily large commitment.
4
Agree responsibilities
Before substantive work begins, we clarify roles, boundaries, safeguarding or governance, intended outcomes and accountability.
5
Learn and improve
Where work proceeds, evidence and reflection help us understand what worked, what changed and what should happen next.
Start a partnership conversation
You do not need a finished proposal.
Tell us enough to understand the opportunity or challenge, who is involved, what you hope to make possible and what successful progress could look like.
By submitting, you begin an exploratory conversation. It does not create a partnership, approve a pilot or authorise use of SCP intellectual property.
