Self-awareness
Recognise lived experience, identity, patterns, strengths, limits and responsibilities with honesty.
HumanRI formation, testimony and legacy system
The SASSY Formation Canon is the human formation, reflective testimony, legacy and honours system within the Reflective Intelligence ecosystem. It helps turn lived experience into self-awareness, wisdom, service and a legacy that can support others.
What SASSY is
SASSY is a structured body of story, philosophy, reflective practice, testimony and recognition. It begins with real human experience—including struggle, uncertainty, shame, growth, decision and becoming—without allowing those experiences to become the final identity of a person’s life.
One story helped begin the vision, but the canon exists so that many stories of transformation can be recognised, formed, governed and passed forward.
The five SASSY virtues
Recognise lived experience, identity, patterns, strengths, limits and responsibilities with honesty.
Live and lead from truth rather than performance, avoidance or borrowed identity.
Turn growth and wisdom outward so development contributes to the wellbeing and progress of others.
Use opportunities, influence, learning and responsibility faithfully and sustainably.
Remain teachable and willing to yield to truth, wisdom, correction and continued growth.

SASSY Legacy Honours
The honours recognise lives that show evidence of learning, moral grounding, service and lasting contribution. Laureateship is not the end of an achievement; it carries an ongoing responsibility to live and serve with the five SASSY virtues.

Publication status
This page presents the approved architecture and purpose of the canon. Draft manuscripts, provisional material and future honours processes must not be represented as completed public releases until formally approved.
SASSY supports reflection, learning, testimony and responsible formation. It does not diagnose, provide crisis support, replace qualified professional services or require people to disclose experiences they do not wish to share. Testimony and honours work must follow safeguarding, consent, evidence and governance standards.
