Sam Soyombo Career Pathways Ltd is the legal, operational and governance home of the SCP Reflective Intelligence Ecosystem. The company coordinates the architecture, protects the intellectual property and sets the standards through which the ecosystem is developed, communicated and implemented.

SCP Ltd began from a career-development foundation and has evolved into the organisational home of a wider Reflective Intelligence ecosystem. Its purpose is not to make every service, product or pathway look the same. Its role is to keep the relationships, responsibilities, boundaries and evidence standards clear.
The public brand is the SCP Reflective Intelligence Ecosystem. HumanRI is fully housed within SamSoyombo.com as the human-facing gateway. RILayer is introduced here and maintained in detail at RILayer.com. SCOPE, PAVRA, SparkZone, Reflective Africa, the formation canons and SHIELD each have defined roles within that architecture.
