The MaxME Catalyst Project was an earlier school- and youth-development concept that combined assemblies, group coaching, mentoring, career exploration and practical development. Its useful learning now informs PAVRA, while outdated pricing, registration, role and operational material is retired.
What the earlier project attempted
The live public pages describe school assemblies, faculty engagement, group and one-to-one coaching, personal development planning, mentoring, scholarship guidance, skills development and career-information activities. They also contain historic registration, subscription, staffing and pilot logistics that should not be republished as a current offer.
What has been retained
Career articulation
Young people need language and evidence to explain strengths, interests, learning and next steps.
Adult support
Teachers, mentors, families and partners need clear roles, boundaries and review responsibilities.
Applied evidence
Development becomes more credible when practical outputs, feedback and reflection can be reviewed.
From Catalyst to PAVRA
PAVRA is now the canonical youth transition pathway.
PAVRA brings the strongest ideas into a clearer governed architecture: Placement, Articulation, Verification, Readiness and Access. It separates public orientation from structured partner delivery and adds safeguarding, data minimisation, evidence standards, supervision, human escalation and no-guarantee boundaries.
Archive and evidence position
The detailed Afrograms proposal, procurement references, equipment plans, staffing logistics, named operational roles and other internal material are not reproduced publicly. Original records should be retained in the controlled SCP archive for evidence, consent and historical review. Publication of any named participant, school, image or outcome requires verification and appropriate permission.
